What information is collected when I place an order?
Animal Scoops UK only collects the information needed to get your order to you and to update you if needed. This includes your name, email address, and delivery address. Payment information such as bank details (if paid by manually entering card details) is kept as a reference in the case of needing a refund or otherwise. If paying using Apple Pay or Google Pay, bank details are not shared with Animal Scoops UK.
All information collected is kept safely and not shared with anyone by Animal Scoops UK, including to third parties. Information is solely used for getting your mystery box to you. Only the owner of Animal Scoops UK has access to any personal information.
What if I don't want my information to be kept on file?
If you have received your order, or are cancelling an order, you can request to have any information provided deleted by emailing animalscoopsuk@gmail.com with your name and order number.
What about cookies?
When first accessing the Animal Scoops UK website, there should be a popup asking if you allow cookies or not. You should be able to opt in or out of cookies via this popup as you enter the site.
